Control Communications engages Commsult to help them hire, train and develop a new sales manager
I have nothing but outstanding things to say about Mike Humphress and his team at Commsult Training Solutions. Our relationship started back in 2011 when I was looking for a job within one of Motorola's Partners (Control Communications) out of South Florida. Mike and his team did an outstanding job in
vetting me and making sure I was a good fit for the organization. Fast forward 3 years to July 2014 - I've been promoted to Sales Manager. I guess Mike and his team were right in identifying me as a great candidate for the Control Communications organization.
Since I had never had a "Sales Managers" position in the past - Control Communications hired Mike and his team at Commsult to provide me with the sales management training I so desperately needed - not to mention to also assist me in hiring a new sales team as well.
I've been working with Mike now for 8 months and in the last 8 months not only has Mike and his team worked with me on a weekly basis to provide me with the education and training I needed but he has also been a great mentor. Helping me understand my role as a sales manager, my day to day responsibilities and most of all how to approach and manage different personalities.
