Mike Humphress

President

With 30 years of experience in direct sales, sales management, marketing, business development, and distribution management, Mike Humphress is a recognized innovator in the wireless industry. His employment with Motorola included the positions of Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Area Business Manager. In addition, he has spent six years in two Motorola dealerships in the capacity of Vice President and General Manager.

As the founder of Commsult, Mike is the company's primary consultant and master instructor. He has conducted seminars in the United States, Canada, Asia, and Australia. Additionally, Mike spearheaded Commsult's nine-year relationship with Motorola, including consultation with them on their distribution and channel management strategies.

Mike is such a great instructor. This is one of the best classes I have ever taken.

Patricia Humphress

Vice President

Backed by over 20 years of experience in administration management for the wireless communication industry, Pat is responsible for Commsult's logistical support functions and contract administration. Her experience with Motorola and local wireless dealerships allowed her to build Commsult's administrative processes from the ground up.

Additionally, Pat is responsible for meeting planning, logistical and registration duties of all training programs, and marketing and inventory management.

On a recent project, Pat handled registration, participant communications, meeting site selection, meals, logistics and post-session reporting. The event came off without a hitch thanks to Pat's professionalism and attention to detail.

Leo Ziminski

Senior Training and Consulting Associate

Leo brings over 30 years of industry experience to Commsult. His many accomplishments include holding the positions of Vice President and Director for Western Division Service and Vice President and General Manager in charge of indirect distribution for North America for Motorola.

Leo uses an experiential delivery method in his trainings, which range from sales and service management to sales force development and indirect distribution management.

As an instructor, Leo is "top shelf". He gives you real situations and real-time information to produce a better sales organization.

Ray Harty

Ray brings more than 30 years of experience in direct sales, sales management, and distribution management. His employment with Motorola included roles in direct sales and sales management, as well as channel management. Using an active, "hands on" style, he regularly delivers sales training seminars and provides assistance in recruiting and developing top sales talent.

Ray was one of the best instructors I have ever had. He kept the class moving at a good pace and kept everyone involved. Normally, I would not write something like this but he is very deserving since he was very informative.

Dominic Piperno

Dominic joined Commsult after a successful career with Motorola, where he held positions including Area Vice President, Vice President and Director for East Division Services, North American Vice President and Director for Motorola Worldwide Smartcard Solutions.

Dominic brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of business development, growth planning and sales management.

Thanks to Dominic's interviewing skills and his knowledge of the job we needed to fill, we were able to identify and hire a top flight candidate for our sales staff. Had it not been for Dominic's help, I doubt we would have had the time or knowledge to find that caliber of person.

Larry Laufer

As an adjunct instructor, Larry has been associated with Commsult for nearly a decade. Larry boasts 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, instructional design, and consulting?including owning his own training and consulting business. Larry's leadership at companies such as Xerox Learning Systems, Cognitive Systems, Inc., and The Tracom Corporation has allowed him to deliver training classes around the world, as well as being engaged as a keynote speaker at numerous conventions and conferences.

Larry is also a cofounder and director of the Sales Institute of Towson University, an organization dedicated to improving the image, skills, and professionalism of salespeople.

Larry kept the course very interesting. It flowed nicely and was very entertaining.

John Wright

With over 32 years of experience in sales, training, and account management, John has held several high-level positions within Motorola, including North American Manager of Sales Training and Regional Training Director for Motorola's Asia Pacific Distribution Group.

John's experience recruiting and developing high-caliber sales talent makes him a much sought-after subject matter expert. He regularly participates in the development of sales training programs, account management programs, and coaching strategy sessions for large and small corporations alike.

John's knowledge of the subject matter and effective presentation style made the class a huge success.

Jason Kell

Jason's broad experience in sales and organizational development spans several positions with Contel Cellular, GTE Wireless, and iDEN carrier Nextel Partners, Inc. His experience includes working with direct, indirect, corporate retail, and big box retail distribution channels.

Jason's organizational expertise includes developing strategic business plans, facilitating management workshops, project management, sales analysis, and training development. Additionally, Jason holds a number of degrees and certifications in organizational leadership and leadership development.

Jason is one of the best trainers I know. His knowledge and presentation skills are top notch.
